Former Cloud9 pro Tyler ‘Apex Legends that can leave some players irreversibly stranded under the map.
Even though people have been loving Apex Legends for all that the game does well, there are still an enormous amount of bugs that plague everything from the game’s audio to invisible walls and a lot more.
While Respawn Entertainment have been hard at work to rectify all of the glitches that can be found in a typical match, there are some bugs that are leaving players guessing as to why simple hotfixes have yet to be implemented.
There’s been a ton of glitches found throughout the Apex Legends map.
That was the case during Skadoodle’s September 18 stream when a hole in the Apex Legends map created a bizarre setting for the final showdown between the last two teams on the server.
“Oh my god,” Ska said in astonishment. “This whole part of the map is just open? What is going on in here?”
Since his team learned that the final squad was either nestled or trapped down there, they hopped down below to finish the game. Ska was near-silent as he faced off against the final foes under the map.

But after securing the kill, his reaction basically mirrors every other Apex Legends player who first discovered the strange omission in map design.
“What is this dude? They just left the whole map open to go underground?” the streamer said. “What am I watching? Hello? Respawn??”
The glitch made for a strange Champion screen.
Prior to finding “the gap in the map,” his team was searching everywhere within the zone to uncover where the last team might be.
Though the glitch has been reported by a few players, Ska is convinced that it didn’t always used to be that way. Making him even more perplexed as to why it even exists.
“No dude, that used to be solid for sure,” he said in reply to his Twitch chat. “I’ve been back there, plenty of times. It’s never been like that. Maybe they forgot to patch it up or something. I don’t know.”
Whether the Apex Legends devs have something planned for that spot in the future or if it’s just another bug, the company might want to plug up the hole soon.
