Timothy “iiTzTimmy” An “helps” an Apex Legends player go viral by calling them a cheater after the latter demonstrates incredible movement in this 1v1.
For some time now, Apex Legends has found itself in a crisis involving Steam configs. This issue only spiraled in severity recently as players figured out ways to borderline cheat in-game with features like instant armor swapping, zero recoil, and more.
With the community outcry very high, Respawn Entertainment pushed through a surprise patch. The patch removed the use of the configs, which was celebrated by the community, rightfully so.
Despite the removal, it’s still left some unease in the community, especially with DSG player iiTzTimmy.
Apex Legends player’s insane movement labeled as cheating
iiTzTimmy found himself in a 1v1 in R5Reloaded, a modded version of Apex Legends meant to help players improve their movement and gameplay. After losing to his opponent, Movementless, iiTzTimmy could only react by saying that he’s “using actual configs,” after Movementless ran circles around the streamer.

The rest of the clip shows Movementless’ incredible movement, with the right side of the screen showing off his high-paced keyboard clacking.
Movementless shared this clip to various Apex Legends-related subreddits. Depending on which one you’re on, the replies are vastly different. For example, the more “casual” side of the community corroborates that he’s cheating, where he’s had to defend himself quite a bit.
The irony here is despite playing on a modded version of Apex Legends, configs are still banned, which one viewer pointed out.
“This is R5Reloaded, a modded Apex client with 1v1 servers with the option to play input-locked matchmaking where CFGs have been in it since almost the start. It is impossible to cheat movement like this,” one viewer replied. Of course, if there were any doubt, simply looking at his input on the right side should clear that up.
