Scrounging around for weapons and items is never a good thing in Apex Legends, especially at the start of each game when you’re vulnerable. So, let’s break down all of the locations on the World’s Edge map that have the most supply bins.
The game’s fourth season, Assimilation, got underway on February 4 and with that huge update came not only a change to certain areas of the island, but also some tweaks made to where bins spawn as well.
Some players had a sneaking suspicion that blue rare supply bins would be part of these changes, but Respawn Entertainment’s developers have since confirmed that those aren’t featured in the game. As for the red ones, which have all sorts of useful stuff inside, let’s take a look at where they drop most.
Supply bin spawns in Apex Legends – Where do they appear most?
Here we’re going to break down, from fifth position to top, where the most bins spawn in Apex Legends. Hopefully this will give you a better idea of where to land in the future, or evidence to suggest a change in approach for your teammates.
5. Skyhook
As many players will know already, Skyhook is one of the most popular destinations in Apex Legends – with a number of towering buildings filled with weapons and items.
There are a total of 26 supply bins to be found at the destination, meaning that there’s enough for a few Trios to land here and comfortably have enough to battle right off the bat. It’s a very popular place as well, for those reasons.
4. The Dome
Dropping at this lava-filled loot sanctuary might be a bit daunting at first. After all, falling into the molten rock is quite dangerous and there’s not always an easy way of getting out once you have fell in.
However, it’s definitely one where the reward outweighs the risk with The Dome in Apex Legends, as there are 30 supply bins waiting to be opened.
It’s not necessarily one of the most populated locations, either, and has another great looting spot right near it – Lava City. There, you will find an additional 14 bins, making this a really good place to land or visit.
3. The Fragments
Between Fragment North and Fragment West there are a total of 32 supply bins, although they are spread across quite a larger distance than other points of interest – hence their names being broken in two.

Taking one side of the Fragments, given the amount of stuff there is to find, however, would stand any player in good stead for the rest of the game. It can be very difficult to do that in some games, though, due to the sheer amount of legends dropping here. It’s very popular.
2. Sorting Factory
You could very well be sorting a ton of loot of your own, if you have a successful start to the game at Sorting Factory.
The huge factory location packs a punch where weapons and items are concerned, with 45 supply bins spawning at the location every game.
1. Thermal Station
Finally, the place where the most supply bins spawn in Apex Legends Season 4 is Thermal Station – which won’t be a surprise to many regular players.
You might have spotted a common theme among these popular looting spots by now. Where there’s lava, there seems to be a shed load of bins to come with it. There’s a total of 58 supply bins at this spot alone.
Supply bin spawns for all Apex Legends locations
If you don’t land at any of those five regularly, you can check out the number of supply bins that appear at your favorite landing spot in the list below – using stats from ApexLegendsMap.
- Drill Site –11 bins
- Lava City – 14 bins
- Lava Fissure – 23 bins
- Mirage Voyage – 22 bins
- Overlook – 19 bins
- Refinery – 25 bins
- Skyhook – 26 bins
- Sorting Factory – 45 bins
- Survey Camp – 10 bins
- The Dome – 30 bins
- The Epicenter – 24 bins
- The Fragments – 32 bins
- The Geyser – 17 bins
- The Harvester – 24 bins
- The Train Yard – 24 bins
- The Tree – 11 bins
- Thermal Station – 58 bins
It’s worth noting that these statistics don’t necessarily mean that these locations are definitely the best to loot, as you have to take into account not just the popularity of each drop zone, but also the floor loot that will also be scattered around some places.
One or two locations not featured in the top five from earlier may have a lower amount of overall weapons and items spawn there, when compared to those in the longer list above. What these stats do tell us, however, is a reason for some of these destinations being swarmed on by players at the start of every match.
