One Baldur’s Gate 3 fan has edited Frank Reynolds from It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia into the game, and players are already obsessed.
If there’s one thing that sets Baldur’s Gate 3 fans apart from other gaming communities, it’s their creativity. From amazing cosplays to fantastic artwork, the imagination of the playerbase is second to none. It’s understandable really, considering the scope and popularity of the game itself.
There’s so much to love in Baldur’s Gate 3, from its epic quests, fantastic monologues, and immense character creation. After all, what’s better than creating the best character for the story and watching as they interact with all the lovable companions?
Well, there is one thing better – watching Frank Reynolds as Tav.
Baldur’s Gate 3 players can’t get over Frank Reynolds as Tav
Sharing the hilarious edit on the Baldur’s Gate 3 Reddit, one fan showed off It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia’s Frank Reynolds, otherwise known as Danny DeVito, playing as Tav in some key cutscenes.
The edit uses quotes from the show and perfectly places them into the edit, making for one of the funniest BG3 edits we’ve seen.

“I need more of these omg” explained one fan in the comments, clearly echoing the majority of the community’s feelings, especially given the post has received over 14k likes as of the time of writing.
Others were quick to comment on how much they loved the clever video: “I will never get tired of these crossover edits to BG3.”
Others thought the ‘cameo’ was so perfect that they even demanded to “make a petition for Larian to hire him” for either the next game or to just be an NPC.
Naturally, it’s unlikely we’ll ever see the legendary actor in a Baldur’s Gate 3 game, but if this is as close as we can get, not many fans will complain.
