DICE and EA revealed the PC specifications for the upcoming Battlefield 5 open beta.
The beta will begin on September 6 and run until September 11. Those who pre-order the game can start playing on September 4.
Battlefield 5 Beta Minimum PC Specifications
- OS: 64-bit Windows 7, Windows 8.1, and Windows 10
- Processor: AMD FX-6350, Core i5 6600K
- Memory: 8GB RAM
- Graphics card: AMD Radeon™ HD 7850 2GB, nVidia GeForce® GTX 660 2GB
- DirectX: 11.0 Compatible video card or equivalent
- Online Connection Requirements: 512 KBPS or faster Internet connection
- Hard-drive space: 50GB
These specifications are for the Battlefield 5 beta only. After the beta test is complete, the minimum specifications may change for the final release of the game.

Like the minimum specs, the recommended specifications for the Battlefield 5 beta are temporary and could change for the final release.

EA also revealed the maps, modes, vehicles and weapons that will be available in the Battlefield 5 beta.
The Battlefield 5 open beta will be available to pre-download starting on September 3.
