Adam ‘KiLLa’ Sloss and Patrick ‘ACHES’ Price have been a part of the competitive Call of Duty community for so long that they’re practically part of the furniture, but that doesn’t mean they always see eye to eye.
That point was hammered home late on November 11 when the two veteran players locked horns over the user of FMJ in Black Ops 4.
ACHES, never one to shy away from speaking his mind, took to Twitter to say: “FMJ HAS GOT TO GO IN SND,” clearly feeling that the extra bullet penetration that the attachment provides is too powerful in that particular mode.
But KiLLa, who was once regarded as one of the very best Search and Destroy players on the planet, clearly felt that removing it would be a step in the wrong direction.
“Yea man just ban anything that’s situational or creative and we’ll all use the same guns for another year. You gotta stop this,” said the 2013 Call of Duty World Champion to the man that took the title in 2014 and 2017.
yea man just ban anything thats situational or creative and well all use the same guns for another year . u gotta stop this

ACHES stood his ground, arguing that wallbanging a bomb while someone is planting or defusing should not be possible, but KiLLa once again fired back, suggesting that ACHES was being biased:

“Working the kid playing the wallbang is where you get creative. The problem is some of the maps and not the attachments. I agree with most things you say but this is clearly bias and u probably just got smacked on Firing Range snd.”

It would appear that the rest of the professional scene is somewhat split on the issue. FaZe Clan’s Preston ‘Priestahh’ Greiner and 100 Thieves’ Austin ‘SlasheR’ Liddicoat seemed to agree that being able to shoot through bombs is not a good thing, but Priestahh’s teammate, Dillon ‘Attach’ Price, is just happy that he can finally wallbang!
It will be interesting to see how much the FMJ attachment is used in Search and Destroy once the season truly gets underway at CWL Las Vegas in December.
Wait you think because it can wall bang bombsites it should stay? Curious as to why this is a good thing
