Team Envy’s Patrick ‘ACHES’ Price was less than impressed by the new all-star lineup of 100 Thieves, and let them know all about during a scrim.
100 Thieves re-entered CoD for the Black Ops 4 season for this first time since releasing their previous roster in 2016 – which actually featured ACHES himself.
That roster failed to win a single map at MLG Anaheim 2016, but despite this, 2x World Champion ACHES wasn’t sympathetic to the new 100T as they practice for the first time together.
And when the new 100T lineup was announced, ACHES made clear that he wasn’t as blown away as the community seemed to be with the top tier lineup of players.
During a set of scrims, which Team Envy admittedly dominated over 100T, ACHES put their opponents on blast, saying “these guys don’t know how to play.”
After a tongue-in-cheek comment about “100 Thieves – more like 100 Trophies (systems)” after multiple trophy systems were used off break by the opposition, Envy made a straightforward break into the opening hardpoint.
ACHES then goes on a bit of a tear, trash talking all the way, as Team Envy went on to win the map 250-179.

Fans will be looking forward to ACHES’ rivalries individually with a number of teams going into the first event of the season, but perhaps there is some extra motivation for him vs 100 Thieves.

ACHES has also shared a long lasting rivalry with 100 Thieves founder and CEO Matt ‘Nadeshot’ Haag – long time Call of Duty esports fans will remember when it almost came to blows between the pair at an event.
ACHES and Envy will have their chance to prove for real that their decision to stick as a roster (with the addition of Cuyler ‘Huke’ Garland) following 2018 champs was the right one, at CWL Vegas on December 7-9.
They may have looked a step ahead of 100 Thieves in these scrims, but it’s only practice, and with plenty of time for teams and players to get better, things can change fast in Call of Duty.
