The Superi 46 was added in MW3 Season 4, bringing the most mobile weapon in Modern Warfare 3 to date. If aggressive gameplay is your style, here’s the best loadout to turn this SMG into the ultimate run-and-gun primary.
Whether you’re rushing around Small Map Mosh Pit looking for constant gunfights, or trying to close the distance between yourself and enemies on MW3’s bigger maps, the Superi 46‘s mobility makes it a strong option even if it’s not completely dominating the meta right now.
This new submachine gun has incredible mobility, being by far the most mobile weapon in Modern Warfare 3 when built correctly. This does come at the cost of a slower fire rate, but those who don’t mind that are in for a treat.
Best Superi 46 Modern Warfare 3 loadout
- Muzzle: Quartermaster Suppressor
- Barrel: Zulu OP3 Light Barrel
- Stock: JAK Cutthroat
- Underbarrel: DR-6 Handstop
- Magazine: 40 Round Mag
The Superi 46 already has incredible mobility in MW3, but have you ever heard anyone say they’re able to move around too easily? No, so that’s why we’ve added the DR-6 Handstop underbarrel and JAK Cutthroat Stock, which both boost mobility a little further.
Getting around the map quickly is great, but if you can’t hit your shots, all that extra movement won’t really help. That’s why we’ve included the Quartermaster Suppressor, which not only keeps you off the minimap when you fire the gun but also improves your recoil control.
The Zulu OP3 Light Barrel also provides a little help in this regard, although it does come at a little bit of cost to your handling. In the grand scheme of things though, this is a tradeoff that’s worth making. Finally, we’ve added the 40 Round Mag so you can shoot for longer without the need to reload, something that’s always welcome.
Best Superi 46 MW3 class: Perks & equipment
- Vest: Ninja Vest – Eliminates footstep sounds, immune to movement reduction effects, and resupply Throwing Stars and Knives.
- Gloves: Commando Gloves – Reload while sprinting. Improves sprint to fire.
- Boots: Running Sneakers – Increases Tactical Sprint duration and reduces refresh time. Improves sprint to fire time after Tactical Sprint.
- Gear: Ghost T/V Camo – While moving, blocks detection by UAVs, enemy radar sources, and Heartbeat Sensors.
- Lethal: Throwing Knife – Retrievable throwing knife that is lethal on impact in core multiplayer.
- Tactical: Battle Rage – Health regenerates quickly, enemy tactical equipment is resisted, and Tactical Sprint is constantly refreshed.
- Field Upgrade: Med Box – A box of medical supplies for you and your teammates to reduce healing delay until death.
Since the Superi 46 is the king of mobility, it makes sense to pick perks that play to that strength. For this reason, it’s best to use the Ninja Vest which silences footsteps, letting you freely run around the map and flank enemies without being noticed. This pairs nicely with Ghost T/V Camo to complete the stealth setup. Add the Commando Gloves to allow you to reload while you’re sprinting, while also decreasing the time it takes for your character to pull the trigger after sprinting.
The other perk you’ll want to use is Running Sneakers. Running Sneakers partners great with such a mobile weapon, as they let you sprint around extremely quickly, making it possible to cross MW3’s map in no time at all.

For an underrated option that works great with the Superi 46, try using the Med Box. This Field Upgrade can be deployed when you spawn in, granting rapid healing regeneration for that life. It’s basically an enhanced version of Compression Plate (formerly Quick Fix), but you don’t have to use a perk slot to gain the benefits.
Keeping with the theme of fast healing, Battle Rage provides similar benefits, while also helping you resist the effects of enemy equipment. This can be used while waiting for Med Box to charge up, providing a practically infinite boost to health regeneration. Finally, a Throwing Knife is the best lethal as it works well with the Ninja Vest.

Best alternative to Superi 46 in Modern Warfare 3
The FJX Horus is another MW3 SMG that has a lot in common with the Superi 46. Both are highly mobile, accurate weapons that are great up close, but they also hold their own at medium range.
If you want to go with the other dominant SMGs in Modern Warfare 3’s meta though, you just can’t look past the Striker or the Static-HV, which other players are also using as well.
