The mysterious Call of Duty insider known as the ‘CoDBurner’ has come back into the spotlight thanks to having leaked a fresh new set of intel on a number of pro players and teams.

As competitive CoD fans were beginning to think that the CoDBurner has disappeared, the infamous insider returned with a bang on March 19, posting leaked information on Reddit.

Team Envy and ACHES

According to the CoDBurner, Team Envy are looking to release their team captain ACHES and replace him with a player more capable of playing with the Maddox RFB assault rifle.

Envy, of course, have not had the greatest season thus far, having placed 9-12 at both CWL Vegas and Fort Worth, while they currently sit 6th in Division B of the CWL Pro League with a 3-4 record.

SCUF GamingThe CoDBurner claims that Team Envy could soon replace team captain ACHES with a Maddox player.

eUnited’s roster controversy

On March 19, eUnited promoted substitute Chris ‘Simp’ Lehr to the main squad in place of Jordan ‘JKap’ Kaplan, following their dismal last-place finish at CWL Fort Worth.

In the CoDBurner’s eyes, this confirms his previous report that JKap had tried to get James ‘Clayster’ Eubanks dropped from the team, which led to heavy internal turmoil among the players.

“My post on eU was right,” the CoDBurner wrote. “If it wasn’t, then you know Clayster would be the first one saying it’s wrong. Everyone knows the vibes backstage at Fort Worth were terrible. And JKap has been trying to scumbag players off other rosters and take their spots after eU wouldn’t drop Clayster.”

@eUnitedCould eUnited’s March 19 roster change have actually stemmed from JKap trying to “scumbag” Clayster?

Splyce’s roster plans

Despite the fact that Splyce have finished in the top three at both CWL Vegas and Fort Worth, and are currently fourth in Division B of the Pro League, the CoDBurner claims that they are thinking about making a change

According to the Reddit post, Splyce are considering dropping either Ulysses ‘AquA’ Silva or Jordan ‘Jurd’ Crowley, although it’s unclear who they would intend on trying to bring in.

They always have the option of promoting their substitute, Nick ‘Happy’ Suda, although that doesn’t seem to be under consideration right now.

@SplyceDespite their strong performances, Splyce are apparently considering replacing either AquA or Jurd.

Red Reserve’s situation with Bance

As has already been announced, Bance’s spot on Red Reserve’s starting squad is under severe jeopardy. According to the CoDBurner, RR are considering moving substitute Conrad ‘Shockz’ Rymarek’ into the starting lineup and releasing Bance after the upcoming week of CWL Pro League matches.

RR did finish in the top six at CWL Fort Worth, and their 4-3 record in the Pro League gives have a decent chance at directly making the Playoffs.

All signs seem to point to Bance’s time with Red Reserve coming to an end sooner rather than later.

Additional leaked intel

  • Gen.G wanted to bring in eUnited’s Simp instead of Dylan ‘Envoy’ Hannon during the last Rostermania period but the $100,000 buyout price was set too high.
  • Evil Geniuses are apparently considering dropping Tyler ‘FeLo’ Johnson for Alex ‘Alexx’ Carpenter, who is currently not in the Pro League.
  • The CoDBurner did not comment on Preston ‘Priestahh’ Greiner’s situation with 100 Thieves as he did not have any concrete info that wasn’t based on rumors.

Of course, it must be said that all of the information presented above should be taken with a grain of salt, as it’s all based on leaks from the CoDBurner, who has been wrong before.

If any of the changes suggested in the Reddit post are to end up taking place, they will do so when the second Rostermania window opens up on April 5-22.
