The FaZe Clan Call of Duty team will call upon a former player for the Black Ops 4 season as they expand to a five-man roster.
The CoD World League season for Black Ops 4 will begin when the game is released on October 12, with online competitions taking up the bulk of play until the first event, CWL Vegas, in December.
The decision to move to a 5v5 format from 4v4 has resulted in widespread changes across the professional scene, with every roster having to add at least one person.
FaZe Clan’s core team have decided to stick, and sources close to Dexerto have advised Methodz will join up with Priestahh, ZooMaa, Replays and Attach.
They had been heavily linked with up-and-coming starlet, aBezy, but a source close to Dexerto confirmed he has signed with eUnited for a $60k transfer fee.

Methodz competed under OpTic for only three events before being dropped in late September to make way for Karma, Dashy and TJHaly.
FaZe’s new player is no stranger to the organization, however, and competed under the brand back in 2013 and 2014 on both Black Ops II and Ghosts.
At the time of writing there has been no official announcement.
