Activision and Infinity Ward have given fans a sneak peek at one of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare’s operators – Minotaur.
In Modern Warfare, operators are unique characters that players can play as, with each having their own customization options, dialogue, and lore. They are similar to Black Ops 4’s specialists, but do not have abilities that affect gameplay.
Operators are split into two umbrella factions – Allegiance and Coalition – which are made up of multiple key CoD factions like Spetsnaz and the SAS. So far, 20 operators have been confirmed, although only a handful have been revealed.
The newest operator, Minotaur, was revealed on September 11 in a rather unique way. An AR Snapchat Code showed an image of his upper body, as well as a bit of information about him.
Based on that information, Minotaur is a Russian who is a part of Spetsnaz and appears to be rocking a stylish blue and white striped tank top. Not much else was revealed about him, but with the beta just around the corner, and release looming ever closer, more details are sure to appear soon.

A few other operators have been revealed since the Modern Warfare announcement in May, showing off interesting customization features like capes and tattoos. Minotaur, however, seems to be one of the most unique ones yet with his very casual look.
The Modern Warfare early access Beta beings on PS4 at 10:00 AM PT on September 12, with PC and Xbox players being able to join the action from September 19. Fans will be able to test out operators in the beta, and perhaps even discover something new.
