OpTic Gaming’s creative director Davis ‘Hitch’ Edwards just flipped the script on Warzone events with a hilarious Hide N’ Seek competition. While Team Swagg came away with the overall win, here’s a full recap of how the sneaky tournament played out.
- Booya, Swagg, Santana, and Jsmooth finish as the best Hiders
- Aydan, Tommey, Newbz, & Almond were the Seekers
- $25,000 prize pool
While most Warzone tournaments tend to be stacked custom lobbies or intense kill races, Hitch wanted to switch things up a bit and do something different — and he settled on a big game of hide and seek.
A throwback to old games of Mike Myers that you would play on Modern Warfare 2 with your friends, the $25k Hide N’ Seek tournament sure made for some interesting viewing.
Here’s all the info you need to catch up on the action.

Hitch $25k Warzone Hide N’ Seek results & recap
Completely different from a typical Warzone event, players had to swap their tactics. Rather than rushing for ground loot and cash, teams were strategizing around the first zone.
Some found dark corners in caves throughout Caldera, a few dared to hide in bushes, while others looked for tricky spots out in the open like TimTheTatman below.

Ultimately though, only one team could walk away with the win. Thanks to a huge clutch in the final round, it was the Nuke Squad of Booya, Swagg, Santana, and Jsmooth who proved to be the best Hiders.

Hitch $25k Warzone Hide N’ Seek format & teams
The premise for the tournament was simple and one we’re all familiar with. There were four Seekers and 96 Hiders.
