Sometimes the best way to keep up team morale while playing Black Ops 4 is to not let your teammates know when you start whiffing shots and losing fights.
Call of Duty veteran and 100 Thieves owner Matthew ‘Nadeshot’ Haag may not be competing professionally anymore, but he’s been playing in plenty of online tournaments since the release of Black Ops 4.
Despite playing in them quite frequently, Nadeshot can still have some off nights, though, which is just what happened to him while playing in a tournament on November 4.
In the midst of a 4v4 S&D tournament, Nadeshot whiffed some shots in a gunfight that he felt he should have won. Feeling the need to explain himself, Nadeshot quickly let chat know what was going on with his aim.
“Chat, I don’t know what the fuck just happened, but my aim just went to dogshit,” Nadeshot said about the lost gunfight.

While he let his chat in on his struggles, Nadeshot didn’t want his teammates to know, adding on “I’m not gonna tell my teammates cause I don’t wanna get them worried, but your boy is whiffing shots.”
After unmuting his mic, he puts on a brave face to let his teammates know that everything is going just fine.
“Alright let’s get it, boys! I don’t know what’s going on right now, but I’m beaming. I just keep getting jokes,” Nadeshot tells his team before flashing the camera a cheeky smile before the next round starts.
His teammates were none the wiser, as they simply carried on discussing team strategies seemingly without realizing that Nadeshot was struggling at the moment.
Thankfully for Nadeshot, he was able to overcome his aim issues to his team win the match soon after this hilarious exchange occurred.
