OpTic Gaming’s Call of Duty squad is filled with incredible talents that provide insane plays and close games, but one member demonstrated an impeccable impersonation that could match his talent on LAN.
By taking first place at CWL Las Vegas in December, OpTic Gaming locked their spot in the upcoming Pro League, leaving a bit of room for some light-hearted joking before entering a scrim with other pros.
OpTic’s Seth ‘Scump’ Abner was queuing up with a cohort of friends when a banter filled chat unleashed and impersonation from Scump on the longtime Call of Duty caster Ben ‘Benson’ Bowe.
Just before the a lobby of pros were about to get into a scrim, the party got on the topic of CWL Vegas, which led to Scump sharing his uncanny impersonation of Benson during the tournament’s hypest moment.
“Wait, yeah Benson was like ‘karma, KArma, KARMA,’” Scump said with a slight accent to cap off the impersonation.

Scump was referring to a previous shoutcast by Benson in which the English caster was hyped by OpTic’s Damon ‘Karma’ Barlow ridiculous hold against eUnited in Las Vegas.
The parody was met with thunderous laughter from a lobby that included 100T’s Ian ‘Enable’ Wyatt, Kenny ‘Kenny’ Williams, OpTic’s Ian ‘Crimsix’ Porter and more.
After the lobby had simmered down, Scump was getting praise for the “spot on” rendition of the popular shoutcaster.

As for the OpTic squad, they’ll no doubt cause Benson to lose his mind while casting when they play again during the CWL Pro League that kicks off February 4.
