The Call of Duty franchise has finally made its way to mobile devices and although it has barely been in Early Access for a few days, the community has already figured out how to play on PC with a mouse and keyboard.
Released across mobile devices on September 30, the Call of Duty series made its first real mark on the handheld gaming market with a faithful rendition of the FPS phenomenon.
While the game looks and feels familiar to fans of the series, the gameplay itself might come as a bit of a shock to those used to playing with a controller or a mouse and keyboard setup. Thankfully, crafty members of the community have already figured out a workaround.
In a September 30 video released by ‘JackTheBus’ on YouTube, the process is explained in detail for those that want to tear it up online using a mouse and keyboard.
After having downloaded the Game Loop software, Call of Duty Mobile should appear for you to install right away on your PC. Utilizing such software does not appear to violate the Activision Terms of Service in any way.
Booting up the game on PC for the very first time, you’ll notice that key-binds are already in place, saving you the hassle of having to manually go through and implement each and every function.

Unfortunately, following the latest update from Activision Call of Duty Mobile will not support any form of controller functionality. It remains to be seen whether this is a permanent decision or if controller support will be reintroduced in the near future.

There are plenty of similar programs out there that help you play mobile games on PC, but Game Loop seems to be the most easily accessible in regards to smoothly competing in CoD Mobile.
One thing to note however, is that you will have to login on CoD Mobile using your Facebook account. This allows for progress to be synced across platforms, meaning that you can play from your PC and keep your progress intact when next booting up on mobile.
