In the latest Reverse Sweep episode, hosts Patrick ‘ACHES’ Price, Ian ‘Enable’ Wyatt, Christopher ‘Parasite’ Duarte and Doug ‘Censor’ Martin, break down Los Angeles Thieves’ historic Major 4 win, New York Subliners in the grand final.
LA Thieves arrived in New York, the Subliners’ home turf, and took the trophy in an intense final, making history for the team by achieving their first win in franchise history.
LA Thieves proved everyone wrong!
LA Thieves came out on top in their battle against New York Subliners, proving their ability to actively adapt and overcome their competition. After also defeating table-toppers Atlanta FaZe twice, they’re finding form at the perfect time.
Whilst discussing the win on Reverse Sweep, ACHES praised the team, stating: “LA Thieves were on another level this weekend, we’ve never seen them play like that before!”
Why did Atlanta FaZe fall short?
Following Atlanta FaZe’s strengths in recent Call Of Duty matches, many fans predicted for them to be champions once again coming into this event. However, they fell short once again, with the Reverse Sweep crew discussing what exactly is going wrong for the 2021 world champions.

Delving into their poor performance, Parasite commented: “Their struggles to win finals, or at this tournament, even get there, is worrying to me ahead of Champs. At the Majors they keep falling short, I think their issue, is getting their superstars to play well.”
Enable added: “They were nowhere near the form they needed to be to win this Major.”
Ultimately, to overcome their existing issues, the Reverse Sweep boys hypothesized that the team need to expand more on their knowledge of Vanguard, and how to use it to their advantage.
The latest Reverse Sweep episode also covered the strengths shown by Crimsix and Kenny throughout Major 4, and the status of each team ahead of Champs. Watch the full episode on YouTube.
