After a phenomenal run at CWL Champs that saw Team Kaliber lose in the championship match, the team’s roster was poached by other organizations, but that doesn’t appear to be the end for TK.
Team Kaliber owner Justin ‘KOSDFF’ Chandler, took to Twitter to reassure TK fans that the organization is still trying to stay in the CWL after the roster was decimated in the offseason.
I know everyone is awaiting info on #TKCOD. Right now we're in late stages of negotiations with an investor group. Our main concern is obtaining the means to acquire a franchise spot for COD so that fielding a team in BO4 makes sense. HUGE MOVES are happening.️ #tKAllDay

Maybe the most interesting part of that tweet, however, is Chandler referring to being in the CWL as a ‘franchise spot.’
Previously, Richard Lewis has reported that the CWL will eventually move to regional franchised locations, in a similar style to Activision Blizzard’s OWL.

This tweet seems to indicate that change will be happening sooner rather than later.
Losing Kenny, Fero, Accuracy and Enable would be tough on any organization but it seems TK is still trying to secure a roster to compete in Black Ops 4 with the help of a “billionaire or a ball club.”
The wheels of big business do turn slowly. I've managed to kept it from public eye but I've been traveling frequently over the past 9 months to meet potential partners. Got to be professional KOS in board rooms with billionaires and ball teams. Can't share yet but SOON #tKAllDay

Until now, he had kept those meetings a secret, but him letting the world know on Twitter appears to be an indication that a deal is close.
