If you’ve missed the classic sniping feel in Warzone, well, there’s a 3-Line Rifle loadout that IceManIsaac is rocking that rivals the old faithful Kar98K build.
Ever since Warzone first launched, snipers have had a pretty big role to play in the Call of Duty battle royale. With Verdansk being so vast, snipers were necessary to pick off enemies at long-range.
Up until Season 3 of Warzone Pacific, the Kar98K and Swiss K31 ruled the meta, as the two long-range options blended speed and power into two pretty deadly packages. Other snipers have taken their place, but they hardly match that feeling of quick scoping with the Kar98 that players loved.
Though, if you follow IceManIsaac’s new build for the 3-Line Rifle, you may just be able to replicate that classic feeling of being able to quick scope at close range, and deliver accurate headshots at long-range too.
In his June 29 video, the NRG content creator – who is a bit of an expert on sniping in Warzone – highlighted the Vanguard weapon as being the one to bring back that classic sniping feeling.
Comparing it to the classic meta Kar98 build, Isaac showed that the 3-Line Rifle has just a slightly slower ADS speed, but a better Muzzle Velocity – making it a solid and comparable choice.

“It is viable on Fortune’s Keep, Rebirth Island, and especially on Caldera,” the YouTuber said, noting that the build focuses on buffing the 3-Line Rifle’s ADS abilities, while also managing to keep its damage range pretty high too.

If you’ve dove into a Warzone game recently, you have probably run across players using the 3-Line Rifle – it hasn’t exactly been abandoned – but they’ve not been rocking this build.
It’s tough to see the snipers taking over as much as they did in the past, given how players have adapted to the SMG meta, but don’t be surprised to see the long-range weapons have somewhat of a renaissance.
