My Hero Academia‘s Froppy is one of the most beloved characters in the incredibly popular anime franchise, and cosplayer ‘anongnoon’ brought the hero-in-training to life with her fantastic take on the Class 1-A student.
My Hero Academia follows the story of Izuku Midorya, a young boy born in Japan without a superpower, known in the show as a “quirk,” in a world full of heroes and villains using their unnatural abilities to further the sides of either good or evil.
After being gifted with the legendary force of ‘One For All’ by his idol All Might, Midorya attends U.A. High School to learn how to harness his abilities and become a true hero, joining Class 1-A as they study under the tutelage of Eraserhead. Unsurprisingly, there are plenty of interesting, exciting, and loveable characters in the classroom, but perhaps none capture the heart of the audience more than the shy Tsuyu ‘Froppy’ Asui.
While she may have a quiet personality, Froppy’s determination and power make her a fan-favorite, with her Quirk granting her the same abilities as a frog, meaning she can stick to walls, jump massive distances, and even use her incredibly long tongue to wrap up enemies in the heat of battle.
My Hero Academia’s Froppy cosplay
Anong has accounted for every last detail in Froppy’s look, with her recognizable goggles planted firmly on her head, complete with the gold finish and the green lenses. The same green line that runs across the face of Froppy when she’s in full battle gear is also present, while her hair is parted into three sections, with her bangs forced into a spike that comes down her forehead and onto the bridge of her nose.
Asio’s bodysuit is there for all to see, including the white harness she wears, and even her gloves and cuffs have been crafted to perfection, with the large green buckles present and accounted for to add to the accuracy of this look.

Anong also uploaded a full body shot of her cosplay, complete with the same frog-like boots that Froppy wears in the anime, explaining that she designed and wore the outfit at Japan Expo.
Even her belt is perfect, including the massive green discs that go around her waist as part of the outfit from My Hero Academia.
This isn’t the first time that Anong has wowed fans with her creations, previously showing off an incredible version of Demon Slayer’s Nezuko that stunned fans of the anime.
My Hero Academia is currently mid-way through it’s fourth season, with episodes of the anime being dual-broadcasted for the first time, meaning those who prefer the English dub get to see every episode at the same time as those who watch the original Japanese version.
