Danish Counter-Strike team North are in advanced discussions with rifler René ‘cajunb’ Borg about rejoining the organization, according to multiple sources.
If the two parties come to an agreement, cajunb would replace the spot left by the departure of star player Valdemar ‘valde’ Bjørn Vangså.
Valde has been reported to be joining forces with benched players Nathan ‘NBK-‘ Schmitt and Aleksi ‘Aleksib’ Virolainen at OG. The two players have had interest from multiple organizations including 100 Thieves, first reported by Dexerto.
Cajunb played for North previously when they first entered Counter-Strike as an organization in early 2017. He stayed for over a year before joining OpTic Gaming for a brief stint. Eventually, cajunb would make his way to Cloud9 before joining some of his former Danish teammates at OpTic Gaming, but never officially signed a contract with their parent company Immortals Gaming Club.

A return to North will reunite cajunb even more of his former teammates. It is unknown if Nicklas ‘gade’ Gade will remain as in-game leader should the move occur.
