Footballing superstar Neymar took over Twitch with his Counter-Strike: Global Offensive streaming session on October 1, and he even had the skills to pay the bills, pulling out a precise pistol ace.
Plenty of famous faces have tried their hand at Counter-Strike, with many sticking around and developing a genuine love and passion for the game. Though, there might be none bigger than Neymar.
The Paris Saint-Germain and Brazil star has regularly interacted with many Brazil’s professional CS players – including MIBR’s Gabriel ‘FalleN’ Toledo – and he even did a Flashbang dance during the 2018 World Cup after scoring Brazil’s opening goal against Mexico.
On October 1, he took over the CS:GO category on Twitch, with over 110,000 viewers tuning in to watch the 28-year-old do his thing alongside a few friends. And, he rewarded them with a few highlights, but none better than a pistol round ace.
Starting the second half of a game on Inferno, Neymar burst through the apartments spot and got behind the Terrorist side who had already planted the explosives.
Given that he’d pulled off a godly flank, he quickly dinked one enemy with two headshots for his first kill and then drilled a second enemy with a few more shots for another kill.
With the T side still focused on his teammates, Neymar had a chance to reload, but when he sprung back into action, he finished off his ace with the final three. As he put the cherry on top of the kills, by getting the defuse, he couldn’t help but celebrate and his viewers watched on in astonishment.

Valve themselves even got involved and advertised his stream on Twitter as the 28-year-old took over Twitch for the day. They even jokingly asking for an invite.
However, the Brazilian international turned the tables on them and asked for a few weapon skins in return – even though he had a pretty nice inventory in the first place.
Send me skins 😍🤩 please 🥺

We’ve seen a few footballing stars make headway on Twitch in recent months, including Manchester City’s Sergio Aguero, but it remains to be seen if Neymar will stick at it.
If he does, he won’t have to deliver ace after ace to keep the viewers rolling in, but it wouldn’t hurt either.
