This build is a great one for cutting down Lilith’s minions in the main campaign, but once you enter the endgame, it may be time for a build with more longevity.
Legendary Aspects
While there are many great Legendary Aspects in the Codex of Power that will help this build, there are three in particular that you need to prioritize for this build. Here’s what they are and where to find them:
Offensive Aspect of the Expectant – (Underroot, Scosglen)Rapid Offensive Aspect – (Buried Halls, Dry Steppes)Trickshot Offensive Aspect – (Bastion of Faith, Hawezar)

Each one will essentially buff your damage in various ways and make your Rogue build even more deadly.
We’d recommend not imprinting these Aspects on your weapons, as you’re likely to replace these many times on your Leveling journey.
Best Rogue endgame build
Once you get past level 50 and have seen the ending of Diablo 4, things will then change as you’re into the endgame. This means the build you used to reach this point may no longer be sufficient, and to really make the most of the endgame content, you’ll need to respec to an endgame build. This is optional, but then switching out your skills to the one below will place you close to the top of the Season 4 meta.
Here’s one of the best endgame Rogue builds in Diablo 4 Season 4 currently, the Death Trap Rogue – and the skills you’ll need to focus on:
