Disney Dreamlight Valley’s latest update is packed with goodies for both free players and A Rift in Time DLC owners.
As promised in DDV’s content roadmap, August brings a new update for the Valley and Eternity Isle. Gameloft’s developer update reveals that free players can expect a new character, two buildings, and a fresh questline, while A Rift in Time wraps up its storyline.

Disney Dreamlight Valley: Dapper Delights patch notes
New content for all players
- New Character: Tiana from Disney’s The Princess and the Frog joins the Valley, bringing Friendship Quests and unique items.
- New Restaurant: Tiana’s Palace opens, offering villagers a new dining spot.
- New Stall: Tiana’s Meal Stall offers rotating daily meals.
- New Star Path: “Dapper Delights” features a Dream Style for Donald Duck and Roaring Twenties-inspired items.
- New Signature Bundle: Ariel’s Royal Bundle includes customization items from The Little Mermaid.
- Weekly Rotations: Look out for new and returning Premium Shop items, DreamSnaps challenges, and rewards.
- New Shipment: Scrooge McDuck’s Store has new clothes.
- New Furniture: Upcoming furniture will let you gather villagers for photos.
- Free Royal Hourglass Skin: Previous Nefarious or Skeletal Tool Set buyers receive matching Royal Hourglass styles.
New content for a Rift in Time owners
- Act III “Treasures of Time”: Conclude the Disney Dreamlight Valley: A Rift in Time expansion.New
- Character: Jafar arrives from Eternity Isle, adding new Friendship Quests and items.
- New Scramblecoin Figurine: Jafar figurine with changing movement.
Improvements
- Added search filter, “Favorites” and “Hidden” options, custom outfit presets, “new item” tags, sorting options, and the ability to clear a room.
- Added 2 new full-body Avatar poses.
- New toggles for fishing, timebending button presses, and cooking process speed.
- Increased Wrought Iron rewards, reduced crafting requirements, and adjusted the crafting recipe. Check your mailbox for gifts until mid-September.
- Reworked Belle’s model, added cross-platform play on PlayStation, optimized stability, and adjusted loading times and critter schedules. Updated villager accessibility and gamepad controls.
- Fixed issues with quests, game progress, visual bugs, and various stability and user interface improvements.
