One of the newest Apex Legends Twitch streamers has shot to the top of the charts despite only starting his broadcasts a few days earlier. However, his success doesn’t seem to be without controversy.
The channel in question, GunsAndGlitch, was only created on February 22, but has already amassed an incredible number of channel views in that time.
However, the numbers don’t seem to add up as the channel has close to 3,000 followers, but over 40,000 channel views – bringing in more viewers than Michael ‘shroud’ Grzesiek’s pal, Chad ‘Chad’ Goff. The streamer believes he is being view botted by an outside source who is attempting to troll him
After being asked about his stream’s viewing numbers by a viewer, the streamer responded: “Like eight days now (streaming for). I understand that we have lots of views, please report it – it is not actually us. There’s someone sending view bots to our channel, trying to get a rise out of us.”
He added: “Just report it (the view botting), we’re waiting on Twitch to help us out with it right now.”

The streamer may have a case in believing that somebody or a group of people are trying to troll him.
One member managed to work their way onto his stream, accusing him of view botting himself – in order to build his channel up – before the troll shouted racial obscenities at him.
(Viewer warning: the below clip is extremely NSFW and does contain racist terms)
Members of the Livestream Fails and Apex Legends subreddits aren’t buying the story, however, believing that the streamer has something to hide after all of his prior VODs had been deleted.
As of writing, the channel is still active on Twitch but it remains to be seen just as to who is telling the truth.
