David Dobrik has embarrassed one of his best friends by putting a screenshot of his drunk texts to David’s assistant, Natalie, on a huge billboard in Los Angeles, California.
Dobrik is constantly finding new ways to make his content bigger and better, focusing on the activities of his friends and what they get up to on a daily basis. While this is often funny and fun for everyone, this time, one of them might be feeling a little embarrassed by it all.
The ex-boyfriend of Corinna Kopf, Todd Smith, may have some underlying feelings for Dobrik’s assistant Natalie Mariduena, and they all came out in a series of drunk texts one night. True to Dobrik’s form, he couldn’t let this go unnoticed and decided to share the texts with the entire city.
In the vlog posted on February 3, David films various different bits, skits and pranks with his friends, including having Jason Nash made-up as a very creepy-looking alien to scare the rest of them.
It was the drunk texts, though, that took center stage, as the popular vlogger exposed Todd’s seemingly desperate attempt to get Natalie to spend some time with him – apparently under the pretense that he is in love with her.
By the end of the video, Dobrik had put a screenshot of the texts on a huge Los Angeles billboard on Melrose Avenue, right next to an image of Todd’s face so everybody can be sure it’s him – with Todd and his friends’ reaction the stunt being absolutely priceless.

Reading out the texts, David and his friends laugh at messages asking if he can stay with her, telling her “you break my heart,” and finally announcing that he is “falling out of love” with her.
They’re the typical drunk texts you would expect to read from a love-stricken young man, and his flitting between being in love with Natalie and not being in love with her is something many will be able to relate to after a heavy night out.
However, given the scale of the situation now that it’s up on a massive billboard, Todd might be a bit more cautious about his drunk texts in the future.
