YouTuber and social media star Logan Paul spilled some major tea in an interview with the Hollywood Reporter – including a possibility that his ex-girlfriend, actress Chloe Bennet, might have anticipated his fall from grace.
According to Paul, his infamous trip to Japan in early 2018 was inspired by Bennet, herself. However, the couple got into a heated argument just a week before the the two were set to leave for the island nation with a small group of friends.
Paul stated that their argument stemmed from something as simple as a disagreement on which hotel they were to stay at. Bennet was apparently so upset at Paul’s behavior that she decided to skip out on the trip, and made an oddly chilling statement in the process.
“She’s like, ‘Yo, this behavior is going to bite you in the ass,’” Paul said to The Reporter. “‘I don’t know how, I don’t know when, but you’re going to crash and burn.’ “
Bennet’s clairvoyant claim eventually came true on that very trip. Paul was at the center of global controversy due to filming a deceased person in Japan’s Aokigahara ‘Suicide Forest.’

Of course, that wasn’t his only debacle to go on record: his entire travel experience in Japan was rife with disrespectful behavior in the famously conservative nation, which both its citizens and audiences around the globe took issue with.
Paul admitted that the debacle cost him five million dollars, after which he was kicked from Google’s Preferred advertising program.
While Paul continues to find success on YouTube, his character was recently pulled from the YouTube original series, Foursome.
