The Two-Time Champion Dr Disrespect was not expecting production issues with his Twitch stream on February 3, but that’s what he got and it was absolutely hilarious.
Streamers know all too well how it feels when their broadcasts go wrong. Whether it’s an IRL fail, a gameplay error, or a miscalculated dance step during a Just Chatting session, these things happen all too often.
Dr Disrespect is no exception to the odd slipup, and experienced one firsthand when his production setup failed at the beginning of a stream, and literally left him speechless while he attempted to fix it.
Doc’s broadcast fail
The 37-year-old had just finished up a skit ‘riding’ in his car when he attempted to a cut showing his massive Champions Club Arena, where he infamously streams from. But instead of showing the full picture, a green section was missing from the bottom right corner and all you could see was leaves from a plant.
“Uh, um… Uhhh…” the Doc stuttered as he tried to fix the issue. “Hey, uh, production!” he yelled panickingly as he tried to play it cool. “Production!” The shot then shifted to a full-screen of a green screen with a hanging photo of his ‘YAYAYAYA’ poster, and a G FUEL mini fridge.
His Twitch chat was sent into hysterics at the fail, and made it known with spams of “FIRED,” referring to Dr Disrespect’s producer “Alex,” “LMAO” and the ‘doctorLUL’ emote – something which intensified further once the streamer managed to repair the issue and return to the screen.

“Production! Production!” he continued to yell as he reappeared into shot. “The f**k’s going on around here, man?! Pause the music, pause the music… What the hell’s going on around here?!”
It wasn’t long before the issues reappeared again, showing the same green screen backdrop as before, and then suddenly turning black as the errors escalated further.
Thankfully, the known IT Crowd quote of “Have you tried turning it off and on again?” came in handy for Doc, as a quick restart kicked the broadcast into submission and continued on with smooth sailing.
Dr Disrespect continues to be one of the biggest personalities on Twitch with over 3.99 million followers on the streaming platform at the time of writing.
While his whole shtick is about being the best and living up to his Two-Time Champion moniker, it seems as though not even Doc is safe from experiencing the odd production issue.
