YouTube stars Jake Paul and Tana Mongeau may be married, but their union is raising quite a few eyebrows in wake of the Team 10 founder’s post featuring his ex-girlfriend, Alissa Violet.
Following Violet’s string of Tweets exposing ex-boyfriend FaZe Banks for allegedly cheating on her multiple times, Jake Paul got in on the drama by posting an old photo of himself and Violet as a promo for his upcoming song, “These Days.”
Needless to say, this prompted a slew of speculation around Paul and Tana’s marriage, which is reportedly an open one – but Mongeau’s reaction to the post fueled the flames even further.

After giving a short, “Eesh,” on Twitter, the YouTuber-turned-MTV starlet took to Instagram to reveal that she plans to take a hiatus from social media, which many fans linked to her hubby’s announcement Tweet.
However, not everyone is convinced that this possible drama is even real, with fans across the net accusing the couple of leading them on in a convoluted storyline for views and attention and even predicting the couple’s eventual split.

“If you literally have any respect for yourself, you should publicly leave him so those young kids you’re influencing understand that it’s not okay to put up with shit like this,” one fan wrote of their marriage. “Even if the marriage/relationship is fake.”

“This is just for clout,” another wrote. “I’m pretty sure you set the game plan for Jake’s drama.”
“Well… at least we know that the divorce will happen soon,” yet another commenter said.
While there’s no telling what Tana’s, “Eesh,” may have actually been in response to, this is far from the first time fans are accusing her and Paul of faking their marriage – but the two have historically been staunch advocates of their union, despite declining to wed “on paper.”
For now, fans will have to wait for Mongeau’s social media hiatus to end – and for Jake Paul’s new song to arrive, as well as all the drama that will likely come with it.
