Fresh off his announcement that he’s joined Team SoloMid, Twitch star Dimitri ‘Greekgodx’ Antonatos responded to Tyler ‘Tyler1’ Steinkamp after the League of Legends streamer roasted his new deal.
After months of speculation, streamer Greekgodx announced on February 24th that he has joined the popular organization TSM. The move comes after a big year for him on Twitch.
However the personality’s celebration broadcast was hilariously interrupted when LoL icon Tyler1 roasted his new deal, which caused him to respond back with his own jabs.
Greekgodx went live to watch the announcement trailer with his chat, and used his broadcast to celebrate the major move in his career. However while in the middle of his stream, a donator told him to watch Tyler1’s reaction to the deal claiming it was “wholesome.”
Watching the video, Tyler said, “Greek lost a lot of weight and I’m very proud of him. But with that weight loss, his humor also left!” The British streamer responded by jokingly screaming “F**K OFF! You’ve never had humor, Tyler. At least I had it once!”
Greek then read a post in chat that said “Greek joining TSM to get verified on Twitter!” Laughing, he exclaimed “Dude, imagine if I got verified on Twitter before Tyler1. The first tweet is going to be at Tyler1 with a smile saying “nice verification badge you got there Tyler!”

Earlier in the day, TSM posted the announcement video on their YouTube channel. The professionally shot clip showed the popular Twitch personality dressed up as a cowboy riding a horse.
“You might have heard there is a new cowboy in town. It’s me, Greekgodx. I just landed here in the United States of Texas. And I’ve become quite accustomed to the American culture here,” he joked, referencing his move from the United Kingdom to the US.

Fortnite streamer and now TSM colleague Ali ‘Myth’ Kabbani showed his support on Twitter, and welcomed Greek. “Welcome to the team brother,” he tweeted.
Greek’s move comes on the heels of having big success in 2019, as the streamer saw an explosion in followers to his channel. It was also a year of growth for him personally, as he proudly documented his weight loss.
