Norwegian Twitch streamer and bodybuilder Knut ended up getting a head injury during the grand opening of his and Mizkif’s new gym.
In early 2023, Twitch streamers Mizkif and Knut announced their plans to open a “Twitch-friendly” gym to help their fans get fit.
This business decision was made after Mizkif’s transformative experience in Camp Knut, which tasked a group of streamers with a 30-day fitness challenge — and although the Twitch star didn’t win, it clearly impressed upon him a love of working out and keeping his body in shape.
Mizkif and Knut finally opened their gym, named ‘Iron Forge,’ in January 2024. The Austin, Texas-based studio comes complete with a smoothie bar and post-workout massages for clients, who can purchase a one-week pass for $35 or a yearly membership for $575.
The duo excitedly streamed the grand opening of their new spot on Wednesday, January 17, during which Mizkif got to spar with a female MMA fighter and Knut accidentally acquired a head injury.

During their grand opening stream, Knut decided to test out some of their workout equipment as hundreds of thousands of viewers poured into the broadcast to celebrate their new business venture.
Knut hopped on a rowing machine and started to pull — but ended up overextending and banging his head against the wall behind him.

“You okay?” Mizkif asked as a stunned Knut recovered from the blow.
“No,” he answered. “That is a concussion. It was good that I did it and nobody else.”
“You know when your head gets hit and it’s a little bit dark for a second?” Knut continued. “That’s how it was.”
The streamers then decided that it might be a good idea to position the rowing machine away from the wall so that their clients didn’t get injured, too.
Luckily, everything else went off without a hitch, and it looks like Knut and Mizkif’s Iron Forge Gym is a big hit with fans and fitness enthusiasts alike, with their opening broadcast raking in over 1.5 million views on Twitch.
