Popular YouTuber KSI’s boxing trainer, Viddal Riley, revealed a possible rematch date for KSI’s upcoming fight with Logan Paul.
In an interview with the Daily Star, Viddal stated that organizers were seeking a date in April or May of 2019, as opposed to earlier speculation of February.
“Logan wants to fight in December to get it out the way, but that isn’t going to happen,” he answered. “He also wanted February. That won’t happen. We are looking for a date in April or May, now.”
Their fight was originally contracted as a two-event deal, with the leaked contract stating that the rematch would take place in February. The second fight was set to throw down in the United States, as well, although a venue has yet to be determined.
KSI himself stated in a recent interview with TMZ Sports that May would be a “good time” for a rematch.

“That’s what I’m thinking,” he answered. “I’m thinking that’s a good time.”

Additionally, it looks like Viddal won’t be working as closely with KSI as he did before, although he will still act as the YouTuber’s trainer. “I have my own career to take care of now,” he said to the Star in reference to his amateur boxing career, “but I still want to be involved with the KSI.”
While Logan was able to hold is own in their August 25 match, there’s no telling how either YouTuber will fare in their next fight – which could be quite a ways off, to the potential dismay of fans.
