Logan Paul might be a professional boxer and podcast host, but he’s primarily known for his career as a top YouTuber — a title that he feels will land him a spot in the internet’s hall of fame for years to come.
Before his famous boxing feud with rival YouTuber KSI and the subsequent start of his ‘imPaulsive’ podcast, Logan Paul was known for his outrageous, high-energy vlogs and Vines, which usually contained insane pranks questionably legal hijinks.
These antics grew his fanbase to huge levels — but his success hit a bump in the road after his scandal in Japan’s Aokigahara ‘Suicide Forest’ in early 2018, landing him far outside of the internet’s good graces.
Fast forward to 2020 and Paul has since recovered from the drama, boasting 21 million subscribers and a legacy of nonstop action, which he feels has already earned him the title as one of the best YouTubers ever.
The Viner-turned-YouTuber opened up on the topic during an April 23 episode of his imPaulsive podcast, explaining that his experience in navigating to YouTube success from Vine and his storytelling skills stand as proof of his GOAT status.
“I do believe I am and will be regarded as one of the best YouTubers to grace the platform,” he admitted. “…I do think that, just because of the way I’ve been able to navigate this platform and the other platforms I came up on, and my storytelling I think is the spine of the operation that keeps me and the Maverick crew strong.”

Despite his self-confidence, Paul also claimed he was worried about saying the sentiment aloud, knowing that he’ll be pressured to keep up his legacy to match his high aspirations from critics.
“I love humility,” he continued. “I love when people are humble. ….now I have to prove that, and now I have to continue to back that up. It puts a pressure on me that I like, because I know I can do it.”
