A Texas man is making headlines after he decided to take on one of the biggest Supermarket chains – Walmart.
The story is somewhat of a mystery, as the complaints do not detail the reason behind why he’s pursuing legal action.
Roderick Jackson claims an undisclosed incident occurred back in 2021, in Omaha, Nebraska when he visited the local Walmart. He says that here, the event that transpired included “false pretense of shoplifting.”
He also said that his civil rights were violated “based on race/color.”
As a result, he’s demanding that the company give him 100 million dollars in compensation or unlimited lifetime shopping privileges.

The supermarket store has come forward and publicly responded to the man’s demands.
A spokesperson for the company asserted:

“Mr. Jackson’s allegations are almost identical to a lawsuit he filed against our company in 2021 that was dismissed.
“We intend to defend the company against the allegations once we have been properly served and will quickly ask the court to dismiss any claims that are without merit.”
Apparently, the man in question has sued the company before, filing that the same incident took place.
Walmart said that they do not under any circumstance, “tolerate discrimination of any kind,” like that reported by Roderick.
Discrimination and harassment are also a subsection of Walmart’s code of conduct, which notes that they are “committed to a workplace that is free of harassment and discrimination.”
