YouTube stars KSI and Logan Paul are set to throw down in a highly-anticipated boxing rematch on November 9 – but word is still out on the opponent of Jake Paul, Logan Paul’s little bro and the co-founder of Team 10.
While Jake firmly denied a rematch with YouTuber Deji Olatunji, he’s on the hunt for an adversary with “clout” to face in the ring – and he may have found his perfect match.
Professional MMA fighter Dillon Danis called out Paul in an Instagram photo on August 30, where he posed with an arm around the YouTuber’s wife, MTV star Tana Mongeau.
“You’ll do nothing,” Danis captioned the photo – but it looks like Paul may actually be up for the challenge.
According to celebrity news outlet “The Bread Batch,” both Paul and Danis might be interested in boxing each other for the rematch undercard, with the outlet claiming to have messaged both parties directly.
“Let’s blow it up,” a screenshot from Danis reads, followed by a message from Jake Paul that says, “Press conference would be crazy.”
“Right, I talked to both of them about it,” The Bread Batch captioned the messages. “I ain’t showing everything, because DMs are DMs at the end of the day.”

While a fight between the two has yet to be officially confirmed, this wouldn’t be the first time they’ve exchanged trash talk, by far: in fact, Paul openly challenged the MMA fighter in a Tweet in November 2018, claiming that he would “beat Danis’s ass.”
Dear @dillondanis,
I’d beat your ass
Sincerely,
Jake Paul

Danis later exposed Jake for appearing to slide in his girlfriend’s DMs, posting a screenshot of the message with the caption, “You really wanted to marry my girl but she swerved your ass.”
With this history in mind, a boxing match between the two stars might make sense – and with both Jake and Logan expressing a desire to go pro, a bout with an MMA champ could give him exactly what he’s been hoping for.

Danis wouldn’t be the only pro fighter on the undercard, should he accept: British professional boxer Billy Joe Saunders is likewise set to defend his world super middleweight title during the event, giving the YouTube grudge match a major leg up.
Further news of the undercard has yet to be released, although signs point to a September 3 press conference to further iron out the details of YouTube’s most buzzed-about rematch.
