It’s no secret that content creator and esports caster Jack ‘CouRage’ Dunlop has a major crush on singer-songwriter Ariana Grande – and he finally got the chance to express his feelings during a concert on May 7.
However, things didn’t pan out for CouRage as expected – 100 Thieves’ CEO Matthew ‘Nadeshot’ Haag ended up getting between the two personalities during a backstage group photo, which CouRage rectified with a quick photoshop shortly thereafter.
Despite CouRage’s dapper new profile picture, Nadeshot made sure to poke fun at their original photo, claiming that he would send CouRage a cropped version of the image with himself standing by Grande “any time you piss me off.”

Of course, Nadeshot’s humorous “threat” didn’t go unanswered; the community jokingly reamed him across the hot coals for standing between CouRage and his celebrity crush, which he referenced in a post shortly after the fact.
Even OpTic’s CEO, Hector ‘H3CZ’ Rodriguez got in on the action, calling Nadeshot’s strategic photo placement, “Bogus.”
It is bogus.

“I’m getting cooked harder right now for standing in between CouRage and Ariana in that photo than I did for pulling out the HBR,” Nadeshot wrote of the situation, referencing his blunder at the Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare championship in 2015, where his choice to use the HBR gun resulted in OpTic finishing 7th.
Despite all the joking, CouRage himself appeared to find the humor in Nadeshot’s good-humored jab, responding with a self-deprecating Tweet.
LMFAO never forget

CouRage was floored by Grande’s performance at the concert, as shown in a video taken by Nadeshot during her rendition of ‘No Tears Left to Cry.’
He went on to upload a video discussing the concert shortly thereafter, where he excitedly announced that he’d met Grande backstage.

Of course, his meeting with Grande isn’t stopping his dreams of becoming one of her backup dancers, as evidenced by the plea in his Tweet of their group photo.
CouRage has a history of hitting on Grande over Twitter, even getting into a humorous spat with Vine star ‘Dwarf Mamba’ over his affections for the singer.
Dude cmon lemme get my chance first

Things appeared to escalate after Grande followed CouRage back on the platform in mid-February, after Twitch star Tyler ‘Ninja’ Blevins swooped in as his wingman in November 2018.
Despite fans photoshopping the two together in vintage wedding pictures, it looks like CouRage’s affections have still gone largely unanswered – for now.
