Fortnite streamer Tyler ‘Ninja’ Blevins has taken his fame to Los Angeles to film an episode of the popular daytime talk show, Ellen.
The most-followed streamer on Twitch announced to his 3.4 million followers on Twitter that he wouldn’t be streaming Thursday, as he was heading to California.
While Ninja didn’t reveal what has him traveling across the country, his wife and manager Jessica ‘JGhosty’ Blevins posted a picture to her Instagram that let the cat out of the bag.
All throughout the day, JGhosty was posting pictures of her and Ninja on a private jet headed to California for an undisclosed reason, simply stating that they were “filming something awesome.”
Fans only had to wait a few hours to find out what was in store, as she followed up with one more photo that showed Ninja’s name on a dressing room backstage at The Ellen Degeneres Show.
One day later and a video surfaced on Ellen’s website of Ninja playing Fortnite with the popular American chat show host.

After briefly discussing his career, they sat down and played some Fortnite on an Xbox, where predictably Ellen failed to get a single kill.
Boasting a whopping 11 million followers, Ninja quickly rose to Twitch dominance earlier in 2018 as Fortnite Battle Royale quickly became the biggest game on the planet.
Ninja’s appearance on Ellen is just another sign of just how big the 27-year-old streamer has gotten over the last year, as he has also featured on the cover of ESPN the Magazine and numerous other televised interviews and specials.
