A recent exchange on July 10 between TikToker Addison Rae and former President Donald Trump at the UFC has renewed paparazzi questions over whether she supports the politician. When approached about the issue, Rae quickly walked away without answering.
Paparazzi when talking to Rae asked her “Are you still getting flack for being a Trump supporter?” as she began to walk back to her car.
Rae is friendly in the beginning of the video even taking selfies with the cameramen. However, when asked the question, she quickly turns away from the camera and continues walking back to the car in silence.
The video appeared to be taken while Rae was out shopping in Maxfield, West Hollywood.
The questions come after controversy over Rae’s friendly greeting of former President Donald Trump that was captured in a video. The video was posted by the NELK Boys on their YouTube channel.
The influencer is no stranger to controversy whether being accused of stealing from Black creators to how she landed a reporting role at the UFC. However, as Rae attempts to avoid questions from the press, tweets have also resurfaced that allegedly show Rae endorsing support for Trump.

Old tweets resurface allegedly showing support for Trump
Posted on the Instagram account of influencer reporter DefNoodles, the screenshots appear to show Rae expressing support for the former President.
In one tweet, it says “If you’re only voting for Hillary Clinton because she’s a woman, then you are literally so ignorant”. Another that was allegedly liked by Rae asks Twitter users to retweet if they support Hillary and like if they support Trump.
While both accounts are still active, it appears the original tweets have been removed.
Rae has not commented on recent speculations over support for former President Trump. However, she has refuted accusations in the past that she had a Trump flag in her bedroom.
A viral TikTok in September 2020 also appeared to show Rae had registered as a Republican three times in 2014, 2016, and 2018.
However, Rae said that the register was fake: “This isn’t real hahahaha. First I’m from Louisiana, second I’m not even registered to vote and never have been I’m actually doing it for the first time with someone important and I’m excited to do so. This is fake.”
