YouTube king Felix ‘PewDiePie’ Kjellberg responded to fans making fun of his latest haircut, with one even going so far as to compare his new ‘do to that of a baby’s.
PewDiePie is the top content creator on YouTube with millions of viewers around the world. The Swede’s meme-influenced humor has become a staple of his channel.
However during his March 7 episode of Last Week I Asked You, he reacted to fans jokes about him shaving his head. The entertainer’s community had some perfect roasts.
PewDiePie reacts to fans roasting his new haircut
The YouTuber opened up his latest episode of LWIAY by preparing for the onslaught of submissions being focused on his haircut. “Hair short! Ah, let’s hear it. Can’t wait to read all the comments. ‘He looks like the same haircut I had when I was a baby.’ That’s so funny. You guys are clever!” he began.
He then read a post on the r/PewdiepieSubmissions forum that showed a photo of his buzzcut hair with the caption “When your mom chooses your haircut.” Pewds then explained “The irony here is that my mom NEVER let me cut my hair short.”
Admitting that he looks much better with longer locks, he continued “She wanted me to have it long. Which is good on my mom, because I look way better with long hair. I just never had it short, so I just wanted to see how it looks like.”
Seeing a silver lining to the hair experiment, the Swedish star pointed out that he had a very strong hairline. “Surprisingly, hairline is fine. I didn’t know this! Even better, my forehead is huge. Which basically means my brain is large!” he said.

The YouTuber broke down laughing when one of his fans compared him to Eleven from the Netflix hit series Stranger Things. “Remember that kid from Stranger Things. This is him now, do you feel old yet?” he read aloud.
Another submission hilariously put a picture of him next to Sid from Pixar’s Toy Story, which caused the Swede to defend his decision. “That’s the thing, everyone had this haircut when they were a kid already. If I had it as a kid I wouldn’t have to do it now!”

The YouTuber joked that his hair will grow faster for each like on his video, showing his sense of humor about the whole thing. If nothing else, his new look inspired some glorious memes – how could that not be seen as a win?
Regardless of the length of his locks, PewDiePie continues to crush it. Ever since returning from his month-long break in January, his uploads have been amassing millions of views.
