Popular Overwatch pro Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel is more than a top gamer – he even showed off his singing prowess during a karaoke stream on June 14, a decision that fellow streamer Imane ‘Pokimane’ Anys found “hilarious.”
Rather than hopping into a game of Overwatch, xQc broke it down during a ‘Twitch Sings’ stream, jamming out to such tunes as Lady Gaga’s ‘Bad Romance’ and Queen’s ‘Bohemian Rhapsody.’
While xQc gave quite the performance, Pokimane couldn’t help but laugh at his efforts, poking fun at how seriously he seemed to be taking the stream despite his less-than-savory singing skills.
“I love how xQc does this,” Pokimane laughed, holding up her hand to mimic the Canadian streamer. “Like he’s really gonna try. Like, this is where I hit my high note. Then he just goes, ‘HEYYYY, I JUST MET YOU.’ But you can really see the effort with the hand motion.”
Despite his off-key singing, Pokimane congratulated xQc on giving the song hist best shot, finding his rendition of Carly Rae Jepsen’s viral single, “freakin’ hilarious.”
“He’s freakin’ hilarious,” Pokimane continued. “He’s giving it, like, a legitimate effort, and that’s all that you can really ask of people, you know?”

xQc’s Karaoke stream was nothing short of gut-busting, with the Canadian gaming pro appearing to have never heard Lady Gaga’s ‘Bad Romance,’ as evidenced by his grating rendition of the opening lyrics to the song.
However, xQc’s take on John Denver’s ‘Take Me Home, Country Roads’ was actually quite pleasant, with the streamer seeming to take the song quite seriously, as per Pokimane’s comments on the subject.
His singing of Queen’s ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ was less than stellar, though, with xQc appearing to poke fun at his own limited register when belting out the tune’s high notes.
While xQc made the right decision moving into an esports career, his karaoke stream was nothing short of “freakin’ hilarious,” providing a slew of laugh-worthy moments.
Both Pokimane and xQc are some of Twitch’s top talent, boasting over 3 million and 1 million followers on the platform, respectively.
