TikToker’s are showing up to cinemas for Minions: Rise of Gru, donning a full suit with their friends to celebrate the film’s release in a unique way. While the suits that are inducing laughter, the TikToker’s are also using a comedic businessman persona to show their appreciation for the Minions.
One video from TikTok user @anikets520 claims that the “manager ruined our experience.” A legion of avid Minions fans can be seen deploying into a cinema screen, loudly exclaiming their passion for the animated hellraisers.

TikTok commenters are loving it too, with @saxeared.macque saying “I’m literally getting picked up in 12 minutes to go do this.”
Another added, “I went today and people actually did and before the movie started we were all yelling King Bob.”
It seems that audiences are reflecting this passion too in the box office, as the film is already on track to gross $130 million.
