Popular Twitch streamer, Michael ‘ Apex Legends also saw the rise of a young star, Coby ‘dizzy’ Meadows, who many recognized as the best player in the game.
Dizzy later signed with NRG Esports, shortly after he broke the World record for kills, however, his streams have since become less frequent, which some assumed was due to him practicing for the Apex Legends FACEIT Pro Series which began on May 31.
One of Twitch’s most popular streamers, shroud, brought up how good dizzy in terms of mechanic skill, mentioning particularly the new first person shooter, Battalion 1944. Having seen dizzy’s skills transfer to Apex Legends. “I hope dizzy plays this game again, he was insane and it was fun to watch,” shroud explained.
Shroud also noted dizzy’s absence from the livestreaming platform in recent times, saying, “I don’t know what he’s doing, this dude hasn’t played a game in years it feels like. He probably is playing, he’s just not streaming, which is still strange.”
Shroud then explained what he would be doing if he was in Dizzy’s situation to take advantage of his previous success, saying “If I was him I would be streaming all day, everyday. He’s in a prime fucking position.”

Finding that dizzy was in fact live on Twitch, competing in the first week of the the FACEIT Pro series shroud exclaimed “Is he streaming right now? Hell yeah!”
Dizzy is currently sat in 2nd place of the FACEIT Pro series alongside his team NRG Esports after a strong week 1 showing and is likely to keep streaming every weekend for the Apex Legends league.
Shroud has always been a fan of dizzy, and is encouraging him focus his efforts on growing his channel more, having already proved that he is incredibly skilled and that viewers will gravitate towards him.
In many ways, shroud and dizzy are very similar, both incredibly skilled, letting their gameplay do the talking, while they remain rather laid back in their demeanour.
