Trainwreckstv has confirmed that he has an attorney and will be pursuing legal action against fellow Twitch streamer Alinity following her allegations.
Alinity made a number of serious accusations about sexual harassment and intimidation against Trainwrecks during a recent stream, all of which he denies vehemently.
“If a person tells you that they are going to rape you, that’s not cool,” Alinity said. “I don’t think I would ever want to be alone with that guy, I’m terrified of him, honestly. He’s tried to hit me – he’s just been very aggressive towards me.”
Alinity went on to say that Trainwreckstv had made some of the comments in her Twitch chat some time ago but nothing has been found to support those particular claims at this point in time.
Trainwreckstv initially took to Reddit to refute the claims, saying: “They are completely false and I’m devastated that someone would make these baseless claims. I’m not sure if she’s just being mean spirited or said that to stir up drama for views.”
Trainwrecks doubled down on his statements later in the day, telling his viewers that he had an attorney and would be seeking legal action.
“My attorney is confident that things will go my way,” The streamer told his fans. “Unfortunately for you guys, there isn’t much I can go into, even though I really want to. You’ve shown me so much support, you’ve been so strong. It’s actually unreal, thank you guys. I really do appreciate it.”
