The internet came to the rescue of a pet cat trapped in a streamer’s fridge during a March 11 EXBC Twitch broadcast.
EXBC is a Twitch channel run by married couple Heosu and Esco, who normally partake in IRL streams involving cooking and traveling.
As the two were in their kitchen talking and having a good time, Heosu started looking in the fridge for something to eat, seemingly unaware that her cat, ‘QnQn,’ was inside.
The streamer seemed completely oblivious to the situation as she shut the door and rejoined her husband, leaving the feline trapped.

Luckily, if there’s something the internet loves more than anything else, it’s cats.
“QnQn in fridge monkaS,” viewer ‘PimpNamedButters’ wrote.
“QnQn stealth into fridge,” another user, ‘pepsisippi,’ commented.
While this was going on, Esco started chatting with his wife about whether or not she hates his jokes.

As two continued their conversation like everything was fine, Twitch chat grew impatient and started typing in all caps. “SAVE QNQN,” “CAT IN REFRIGERATOR,” “QNQN TRAPPED” Twitch spammed.
Finally, Heosu noticed the chat and sprung into action.
“Oh sh*t!” she cried and leaped up to open the fridge door.
“Ahh!” Esco screamed as he opened grabbed hold of the handle to let QnQn out to freedom. “Gosh.”
Luckily, the cat seemed to be unharmed as he got out of the fridge unscathed, free from the dark and icy cold.
“Thanks, chat!” a relieved Heosu stated as she went to sit back down.
While Twitch chat can sometimes be a bit annoying with its copy pastas, memes and thousands of emotes, it can also end up being a major help.
It’s unclear how long QnQn would have been left alone in the fridge if chat didn’t freak out, but it’s certainly a very good thing that they did.
