Twitch streamer Cap was live playing Blackjack when his FanDuel dealer started going off on him mid-game over claims he was attempting to get him fired from his job.
Gambling streams have been a rising trend over the years, which have often been a hot-topic in the streaming community.
In 2022, Twitch cracked down on their gambling regulations, which involved banning sites such as Stake, that feature “slots, roulette or dice games” being broadcast.
This led to waves of creators, including xQc and Trainwreck flocking to the Stake-backed streaming platform Kick, whose gambling rules are, naturally, more relaxed.
Despite this, Twitch still allows sports betting and classic poker-style casino games, which remain popular with streamers. One of these streamers is Cap, who regularly plays Blackjack on stream, but had an interesting moment when his FanDuel dealer suddenly started roasting him for trying to get him fired.

Cap announced to his Twitch viewers: “Haha he talking about me,” as the streamer was shown messaging the FanDuel worker in-game telling him he was getting fired.
“Getting fired? Who getting fired, all bets are closed. Yeah right,” as the streamer then messaged him saying: “This your last day buddy.”
As the FanDuel employee continued dealing, he further responded: “That’s why I got two jobs, you are up at 4 am in the morning playing Blackjack, you f*cking loser.” To which Cap replied: “Haha, sending that to your manager, your ass gone.”
It was not made aware if Cap actually submitted an official complaint and at the time of writing FanDuel has not responded to the situation.
