Twitch broadcasters are typically keen on keeping their channels free from any content that could remotely break the site’s Terms of Service. But one streamer was toeing the line after overlooking a NSFW piece of art.
Even though the platform has come under fire in the past for questionable enforcements of TOS or lack thereof, typically obscene images portraying nudity are a sure fire way of getting a ban.
Streamer, speedrunner, and frequent Super Smash Bros. Melee host Ludwig Ahgren was taking suggestions from his Chat on new items to decorate his room with when someone linked him a very provocative looking jellyfish wall art.
NSFW art in full display
After going through a few wall prints and graphics, Ahgren clicked over onto the next suggestion to reveal a very NSFW portrait of a blue jellyfish.
While most of his Chat instantly recognized the borderline TOS imagery, it took the streamer a little while to piece together what he was looking at on stream.
“KY Jellyfish KY Fine Art poster,” Ahgren read. “A jellyfish, I guess.”
The streamer even went back to the image a couple of times to get a closer look at the creature to see if it would be a good fit in his room.

Possibly breaking TOS
All the while he still hadn’t connected the dots as to what the art print was subtly trying to convey.
It wasn’t until some in his Chat were spamming “TOS” where the sudden realization had finally hit the streamer.
The streamer was obviously shocked when he noticed what he was actually prominently displaying on his channel, and gave a slight attempt at playing off the moment.
“TOS?” Ahgren said before realizing. “Aghh! What a beautiful jellyfish. So throbbing and veiny with a very large head on that jellyfish.”

Funnily enough, he opened a vote to his chat on whether or not he should purchase the print, and his viewers gave a resounding “yes.”
Although Ahgren was unsure if an image like that would actually break TOS, he still put the print in his Amazon cart and might just hang it up off-screen.
