Popular Twitch star Tyler ‘Tyler1’ Steinkamp hilariously trolled his audience with plans to “join” Michael ‘shroud’ Grzesiek at Mixer, following the former CSGO pro’s announcement that he’d joined the Microsoft-owned streaming platform.
Twitch was dealt a major blow in August when Microsoft signed Fortnite star Tyler ‘Ninja’ Blevins to exclusively broadcast on its platform, and left many wondering if any other streamers could also be in talks to leave as well.
Then on October 24, popular streamer shroud shocked fans with the announcement that he would also be leaving for Mixer. Seeing the humor in the moment, League of Legends streamer Tyler1 hilariously joked that he was going to join him.
Tyler1 has “plans” to join shroud
Addressing shroud’s sudden departure from Twitch, Tyler told his audience, “I see shroud decided to say deuces Twitch!” before flashing the “peace out” gesture with his hands. “And shroud moved to f*cking Mixer!”
Shaking his head, the streamer then looked to his left before exiting off camera, only to return and reveal that he had packed his bags to leave.
“And I’m fin to join him have a good day!” Tyler exclaimed, before putting his headset down and moving for the door carrying his luggage.
While the popular streamer was clearly messing around, he eventually came back and gave his own thoughts on the deal, as those in chat had been asking him to share his thoughts on shroud leaving the streaming platform.
“I mean, I don’t really care dude. It is what it is. As long as he’s happy man. Good for him”, the League of Legends streamer said supportively.

Despite wishing shroud well, the streamer had a comical observation about Twitch putting its marketing muscle behind the Mixer star at TwitchCon 2019.
“It’s crazy because at Twitchcon they advertised a whole bunch of streamers,” he said. “On like billboards and airport panels, and shroud was like f**king plastered everywhere.”
After being amused by the fact that shroud then left for Mixer, Tyler sent a message directly to the streaming platform and exclaimed, “Hey, next time, Twitch – advertise me! Dumb a**es!”
Shroud’s move to Mixer has created waves in the streaming industry, as the former CSGO pro was the biggest channel on Twitch after Ninja had left only months prior to join the Microsoft-owned platform.
However, while many were shocked by the sudden departure of the Twitch star, most of his fellow streamers have wished him well, and have no hard feelings towards him moving on to his new home.
