As many players will know by now, EA SPORTS always gives them the chance to slash the overall price of the version they choose to buy – whether it be the Standard copy, Champions, or Ultimate edition.
We now know Kylian Mbappe will be on the cover art for each of those versions. Trent-Alexander Arnold, Joao Felix, and Erling Haaland will also be FUT Ambassadors.
EA SPORTS have since released official game covers for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X, as well as making it available to pre-order online. So, let’s run through how to get a copy with a slashed price.
FIFA 21 discounts
If you’re already eyeing up a copy of FIFA 21 for your current console, you might as well get yourself clued up on how to get the price down via a discount. It’s pretty simple, really, but is broken into two parts.
On one hand, you can get 10% off, while on the other you can get 20%, with a small cost.
As they do every year, FIFPlay have confirmed that all you have to do is scroll through the current in-game menus at the right time.

Now that FIFA 21 is available to pre-order, there will be a pop-up in FIFA 20 you should really become aware of. A step-by-step guide can be found below on how to use it to get the price slashed.
How to pre-order FIFA 21 with 20% off
- Load up FIFA 20 on the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, or PC.
- Scroll through the main menu and head over to the right side of the screen.
- From there, select ‘Pre-order FIFA 21’.
- Once done, it will move you over to the online store – which will depend on the platform you’re playing on.
- Place your pre-order with the discount, and away you go!
That will get you your first 10% off, and then after that EA Access will knock another 10% off. Not a bad deal ahead of the next title’s release.
How to get FIFA 21 Ultimate Edition rewards
Those pre-ordering the Ultimate Edition will also get a free, untradeable, Ones to Watch item. Well, that’s if you placed your order before the timer stopped on August 14.
If you want to pre-order this edition, visit the EA SPORTS website here and click through the options. It is fairly straightforward.
How much is EA Access?
Each month, EA Access costs £3.99 ($4.99) per month, or £19.99 ($29.99) per year. As a part of this deal, players will also be able to get an additional 10% off all FIFA point purchases in-game, as long as they are active members.
FIFA 20 is also part of the EA Access online library now, too, meaning you can play the current game without buying the full version as well.
