EA SPORTS releases a Ones to Watch promo team filled with big-name players who moved to new clubs in the summer transfer window every year, and that’s no different in FIFA 22 — and this year, the transfers were mouthwatering. Messi, Ronaldo, and Alaba were all on the move, as were Ramos, Hakimi, and plenty more.
To make things easier, we’ve put together a list of all FIFA 22’s OTW players, and who could be in line for the next big Ones to Watch upgrade.
FIFA 22 Ones to Watch current ratings
FIFA 22 OTW cards start out with decent stats already, but have a potential maximum rating of 99 OVR. It is pretty unlikely any of them will ever climb that high in a single season, but it can increase quite a bit.

How do FIFA 22 OTW upgrades work?
FIFA 22 Ones To Watch upgrades are special dynamic items in FIFA Ultimate Team. The premise behind them is simple. Unlike standard cards, their stats will increase throughout the season depending on how the players perform in the real world, and how many games their clubs can win.
If a player makes a Team of the Week, their OTW card gets upgraded too.
On top of that, EA SPORTS has added another new element to the cards in 2021; any player can get a permanent +1 boost if their real-life football club wins five of ten domestic league matches after October 2.
Think of them as stock. As their stats go up, so do their Ultimate Team prices. It adds an unparalleled element of attachment, excitement, and value.
