The Egyptian hero has made the switch from the left wing to the center of the field with his new Player Moments card, and has picked up some hefty stat boosts, including for shooting and dribbling — but is he worth crafting?
From in-game stats and value, to the cost of the squad-building challenge on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC, we’ve got you covered below.

Trezeguet’s SBC time limit, requirements, & cost
The Premier League striker’s huge +10 upgrade, and positional swap, was released on March 4, and will remain available for a week until it expires on March 11.
Trezeguet’s Player Moments SBC requires two challenges to complete — a high-rated squad based around the game’s best players, and a Premier League-focused squad that will need the competition’s top players to complete.
Premier League
- Players from Premier League: Min 1
- Squad Rating: Min 85
- Team Chemistry: Min 75
- Players in the Squad: 11
- Reward: Prime Mixed Players Pack
86-rated Squad
- Squad Rating: Min 86
- Team Chemistry: Min 70
- Players in the Squad: 11
- Reward: Rare Electrum Players Pack
As of publishing, the two-squad challenge costs around 220,000 coins on PS4, is a little dearer on Xbox One at 240,000, and costs nearly 250,000 to complete for Origin PC-based players, according to FIFA stats website Futbin.
Here is the cheapest option for the Premier League part of Trezeguet’s two-puzzle challenge. Make sure you pick up Benzema (87) and Manchester City star Bernardo Silva (87) quickly too, as they’re key to pushing the rating up.
Because there are no specifics for the 86-rated squad you have a lot more freedom in how to build this one. The example below relies heavily on La Liga’s high-rated glut in the midfield, including Kroos (88) and Rakitic (86).
Why was Trezeguet given a Player’s Moment SBC?
The Egyptian international slotted home a late winner in a 2–1 victory over Leicester in the Carabao Cup semi-final. The difference-maker sent Aston Villa into the tournament’s grand final, to face heavyweights Manchester City.

Matt Targett had opened the scoring for Villa, before Leicester’s Kelechi Iheanacho leveled things up at Villa Park. Enter Trezeguet, who scored in the dying minutes to give the Lions a 3–2 advantage in the two-legged tie.
“The goal came from a routine that I worked on in training with [Ahmed] Elmohamady and on the pitch, I said to him: ‘far post’, but in Arabic, so nobody understands,” the Aston Villa hero revealed to told beIN Sports after the win.
Trezeguet’s in-game stats & value
On paper, this is a pretty great upgrade for the Aston Villa striker, especially considering his only other card in FIFA 20 so far has been a non-rare 77-rated winger with only pace breaking into the 80+ rankings.
In particular, +12 to shooting and +13 dribbling — arguably the most important stat in EA’s annual release this time around — have shot him to a top-tier Premier League striker choice, especially with a Hunter chemistry style.
The Egyptian also already comes well-equipped with a five-star weak foot, meaning he can fire off shots from either side of the pitch, and can use his four-star skills to move into those positions too.
Overall, however, he may just not be worth the 200k+ price tag his SBC has settled at. If you like Trezeguet already, or you’re an Aston Villa fan, of course, pick him up — he’s the best pick we may see in the claret and blue this year.

For everyone else though, there are simply better Premier League options out there that also boast better links for hybrid squads.
One choice could be Jamie Vardy, who was on the receiving end of Trezeguet’s last-minute League Cup winner in January. The Leicester striker comes equipped with similar pace and dribbling, especially if you still have his POTM card.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang (88) and Heung Min Son (87) could also both be great gold rare options for your English league lineup too. Each boasts at least the same pace as the Aston Villa winger, and are tradeable to boot.
You could also invest that money into an old English legend to lead your forward line as well — Wayne Rooney’s new Derby card may be tricky to fit into a Premier League squad, but his Flashback SBC is certainly worth the price.
