Downtime for Fortnite Chapter 2 has started, and while we’re patiently waiting for the update to go live across all platforms, you can check out the brand new map in this leaked cinematic trailer.
The trailer is just a little over one minute long, and gives fans their first glimpse of what to expect when they are finally able to jump into the new island.
Since Sunday, October 13, Fortnite players have been looking at nothing but a black hole when loading a game, but that’s all about to change.
The new map appears to feature a tropical section, a massive dam and a swamp-like area.
It also shows characters fishing for loot, which is a new feature.
Of course, this new trailer also shows off a number of skins that have not yet been officially released but will presumably be launching for Chapter 2.
